Michael Jackson has announced he will perform a string of comeback concerts in Britain this July.
The pop legend will perform at London's O2 Arena, his first live performance for more than two years. He said the This Is It
shows would be his "curtain call".
The 50-year-old appeared at the arena to make his announcement. He was introduced on stage by TV presenter Dermot O'Leary - who looked embarrassed when the singer failed to arrive in front of the throng of screaming fans on time.
When he finally did address the audience, Jacko, speaking from behind dark sunglasses, announced these would be his last London shows - but gave little else away.
He told the excited fans: "I just want to say these will be my final shows, performances in London. This will be it. When I say this is it, I really mean this is it. This is the final curtain call, OK, and I'll see you in July."
The bizarre announcement ended with the Billie Jean singer shouting "I love you."
Immediately after the brief press conference, a statement was issued confirming Jacko would play 10 shows at the 02 "performing in London for the last time". The 10 concerts will begin on July 8 with ticket prices ranging from between £50 and £75 plus booking fees.
Rob Hallett, president of International Touring at AEG Live, said: "Michael at the 02 this summer will surely be the highlight of the musical year. When Michael Jackson performs, the eyes of the world will be watching."
Ticketmaster said tickets would go on general sale at 7am on March 13 although some customers will be able to register to order early.

Girls' Films Guys Secretly Love

Confessions Of A Shopaholic is in cinemas, starring Isla Fisher as a woman overwhelmed by the need for retail therapy. Men across the land are reluctantly being dragged into cinemas by their female counterparts, complaining all the way about the lack of violence, explosions and testosterone on offer.
But maybe, just maybe, they're secretly looking forward to it...
Not many men admit to watching soppy romantic girl films. But deep down we all know that there is something strangely appealing about them. Looking past the clichés, the unrealistic dialogue and the tragic lack of guns, there are still things that appeal to the male psyche (besides just staring at the ladies). So, with apologies to the male population for lifting the lid on this dirty little secret, here are the top girls' movies that guys secretly love watching.

Jade Marries Jack

Jade Goody’s dream wedding to Jack Tweed was a day of "laughter and tears" at a lavish ceremony in Essex, her publicist Max Clifford said. It was attended by around 200 guests including TV personalities Richard Madeley, Judy Finnigan and Paul O'Grady, and also included a performance from the Sugababes. The cancer-battling star, who has been given just months to live, was reportedly dosed with painkillers for the service at the Down Hall Country Hotel near Hatfield Heath.
